I wanted to note that Nanoha Yamabuki and Yuusei are not in a relationship. The person that stated that didn't read, but probably made assumptions based off of the images.
Nanoha states that they are just really good friends. In fact, she considers him her rival in karate.
We do see that she starts to develop feelings for him, but for the most part, she sees him as a friend who makes her life more enjoyable.
