So As Chowyan said, Futaba asks Kou if she should wear a yukata, and he says he would like to see her wear one >(^o^)<
however later Kou says he can't come, (not sure what the reason is?) and so they can't go to the summer festival together ToT
At school, Kou isn't there, and Futaba is worried, but then thinks that Kou is definitely there so after an assembly she rushes back to the classroom to find Kou there! Kou explains he was late because he was helping a cat. The group talks and Futaba thinks that Kou's smiles are different (not like those fake smiles before.)
Later, while returning from the bathroom, Futaba is greeted by GG-kun! He tells her thanks from the time during the fireworks, and says that "oh speaking of which I don't know your name" and introduces himself as Touma (I can't read his last name though..)
He starts talking to her something about being hungry and wanting to be at home and such. After a short pause Futaba tells him "Thank you." (can't really understand what they say after this.. D:)
Anways so Touma-kun blushes is like "i'm really red huh?" So they talk a bit more, and then Futaba sees Kou leaving!! She yells his name, and asks him about him going home, and he says he's going home to take care of the cat! Kou sees that Touma is with Futaba and says "It's not like this" (lol wuuutt that part is kinda confusing..)
Touma sees Futaba's expression as she looks at Kou, and figures out she likes him. He leaves, and thinks to himself. Initially when he first met her, he though she was kind of noisy, but later.. (dunno the rest of what he's saying.. :( ) when he comes back to his class, his friends ask him why he's so red! Futaba narrates about how she's gotten closer to Kou.
AWWWW Touma likes her :3

In the "love dialogue" part, Kou was telling her something like not to show that side/face of hers if not boys may attack her and Futaba says that Kou won't do anything. And Kou says, even if it's him he's not too sure if he can control himself, and Futaba replies "What if i don't mind if Kou does something" and thus Kou decides to bring her home before anything happens. Oh and Futaba also chickens out on confessing cos she wants to do it in a cute manner - with yukata and everything.
Then Futaba didn't get to see Kou during the whole holidays and apparently Kou won't pick up his calls either. Then in the first day of school, Kou isn't there and Futaba is worried that this will be a repeat of junior high and thus is trying to convince herself that Kou is just late.
Also, if i'm not wrong, when Futaba comments about Kou's smiles being different here, it's saying that it's become fake again, cos previously in the going home part, Kou was smiling very carefreely and thus she also said it was different (became more real) and thus she felt closer to him. like there was only 1cm of distance between them. but now she's feeling like the gap's increasing again.
With Touma, it's cause when Futaba saw him, she accidentally let out a surprised noise, and so it became awkward. Then she said "thank you" cos she knew Touma was talking to her to save it from being awkward. And then he was like "omg how did you guess? was my acting that bad? How embarrassing..." And then there were comments that Touma blushes very easily, and Touma doesn't like it, because he's often teased of being feminine because of that.
My take on the "it's not like this" for Kou is that he's actually just ditching school and not going home for such a noble reason like the cat.
